The North Raccoon River Watershed Management Coalition would like to invite landowners, farmers, and interested stakeholders to an open forum discussion on improving water quality and reducing flood risk, with on-farm and off-farm practices in the North Raccoon watershed.

Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of Storm Lake Public Library.
