Every year tornadoes and floods are a real threat to Iowa. Remember 2008? Record flooding and an EF5 tornado required local communities and the state and federal governments to work together to respond to and recover from the widespread devastation. Join us to remember this historic disaster, showcase our accomplishments, and share lessons learned at the Iowa Disaster Recovery Summit: moving forward from the 2008 disaster.
